Experience Tiree 

This adventure requires an early start, but it's well worth it. Begin the tour with a morning cruise up the spectacular Sound of Mull, stopping en route at the island of Coll before heading on to Tiree. On arrival you'll be met by coach to begin your guided tour of the island. Enjoy views of the stunning beaches and hear about the history and heritage of this beautiful location, including Tiree's important part in WW2 and the Kelp industry, which operated for over 100 years. You will also have the chance to visit the historical Heylipol Church and the Hynish Centre, which houses the Skerryvore Lighthouse museum and the Treshnish Islands wildlife exhibition.

Visit the local craft shop for a chance to purchase Tiree's tasty handmade chocolate and to pick up any local souvenirs. You can also take in a pictorial exhibition on crofting at The Rural Centre. Having spent a very full 6 hours on Tiree your coach will return you to the ferry terminal in time for your sail back to Oban.
