Welcome to our replacement service where you can order replacement certificates. It should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete your request and your order should reach you within 3 weeks. However, due to the Christmas holiday any requests made from 9 December may not meet the 3 week turnaround time and may not be despatched to you until mid January.
NB. Before you begin your order please be aware that SQA does not hold the following qualifications and is therefore unable to provide a replacement certificate:
- Apprenticeship or 'time served' papers
- City and Guilds
- University degree certificates or syllabuses
- Local Authority sponsored courses such as Manpower or YTS
- RSA (Royal Society of Arts)
- Pitmans
