The Caledonian MacBrayne Silver Thistle Award was presented to Freda Newton MBE.
Special Commendations were awarded to Oban Winter Festival (Caledonian MacBrayne Best Cultural Event or Festival) and Hamish Reid in the Braehead Foods - Tourism and Hospitality Hero category.
