    Hi @coroofer,

I believe there has been a misunderstanding here. I’d like to apologize for the inconvenience and bad customer experience you received. Let me try to resolve the situation and setting things right.

You purchased a single site license and based on your email, we believed you wanted to install Yoast SEO Premium on a second site. Therefore, we suggested to purchase a second license and we provided you with the necessary steps to deactivate your license on one site and reactivate it on another.

We also asked you if you could inform us of the results, but you didn’t contact our support team anymore. That makes it hard for us to help you further when we misunderstood your request.

We can clear the license for you and you can reactivate the license again on your site. You can also receive the latest Yoast SEO Premium download when you go to https://my.yoast.com/licenses/ and enter your email address.

Moreover, you are still entitled to a refund, so you can send us a request via email and we’ll make sure you get your money back 🙂
