When there are a lot of pages and a static page has been specified for the front and/or blog page, they can be hard to locate easily through the Pages menu.

It would be very useful if in the reading settings where these pages are assigned there was a a link to them pages for easier access.

    This is already done.

If you set a page as your Front Page, or the Posts page, it's labeled as such on your pages list in wp-admin

  5. But is it able to sort by the list of pages, that the static page will be the first of them? What is the fastest way to find the static page?

You mean on the backend of WP? No it doesn't float to the top.
