permissions for new users

   wordpress should introduce a list feature in which we can grant selected permisions to the new users for example if a website have revolution slider and layer slider plugin but i just want grant layer slider access to the new user i'm creating, through the list in the user role area.. it is better to have a list of each feature installed in dashboard to grant access to the new users..

   Very much like Drupal roles, that would be fantastic!

   I dunno, this seems like a better fit for plugins. I know I wouldn't need or want this in core, especially since a large part of me would want to keep checking to see if someone messed with these permissions.
