We cast a wide net to help increase the number of qualified women and underrepresented minorities we hire, and we also look for promising candidates beyond the tech industry. Here’s how:

• We partner with Jopwell, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, UNCF, GEM, and National Sales Network to source great talent.

• We recruit from historically black colleges such as Howard University, North Carolina A&T University, and Spelman College, in addition to Hispanic-serving institutions like Florida International University.

• We reach out to campus student clubs including Society of Latino Engineers and Scientists, Women in Computer Science, and the Black Business Student Association.

• We sponsor and recruit at conferences including Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, Lesbians Who Tech Summit, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, and National Society of Black Engineers.

We’ve designed development programs to help our employees foster diversity within their teams. Our Selecting Talent and Breaking Bias training helps them mitigate potential bias in the hiring process by expanding the ways they find and interact with job candidates. We also encourage diverse interview panels.
