I'd like to see a default option in the admin that lets the user to show/hide the comments area (may or may not include the 'post a comment' area) through a collapsible means. Basically, make it an area that has a Hide/Show area (link, button, or whatever) to see posted comments (and maybe the 'post a comment' area itself).

I've been reading a lot of Web Novels lately and it is kind of pain to know how much content is on the page when there are years worth of comments on the page. Sure, you can add a plugin to 'show more', but I'd rather just leave the comment section on my own WordPress site (about coding) as a collapsed area by default just as much and let only those who care see it.
