jeremyvalentine It would be helpful if wordpress could actually post images from email attachments instead of just posting the binary. Here's why. My wife sends out a weekly email to a growing number of friends and family with an update and pitcures of the kids etc. Outlook has a great feature where if you multiple select a number of photos and right click to send as email it resizes a copy and attaches them to a blank email. I have tried every plugin there is and nothing is simpler or faster than that. That way power users could sign in and create posts but other users could send email. I dont think I have it in me to teach my Mom and new way resize and send photos.
It would also be helpful if I could moderate the subscription process. Since it is a private family blog it would be noce to approve subscribers before it sends them an email.
With a few tweaks wordpress would really be the perfect family/friends blog tool.
