WordPress support for localization, but sometimes people from the other side of world can't understand for the local blog language (i.e: people from Italy hard to understand when open a blog that using local language from Indonesia). So maybe in the next version WordPress could support a bilingual language, so the visitor of WP-blog can switch between English as an International language or a Local Language.
