Currently, in user profile, there is only 'website' and 'yahoo' and bio for user to add/change. I think LinkeIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ should be added in addition to website.
In addition, it's good to also allow us to add phone, fax, company name, title to it through a drag drop interface. better to make it default codex and will be displayed in post (or custom post type)
