			<description><![CDATA[<p>The problem with it being in core is that then someone has to 'own' it and ensure that nothing breaks when we make core changes. If there's no one who wants to own it, then it's <em>more</em> risky to put it in core than leave it as a plugin that can be fixed and iterated faster. Basically there's absolutely no promise that being in core is a silver bullet to ensure that a feature will always work as expected.</p>
<p>Also keep in mind that we try not to put things into core that the majority of users won't use.
