Hello there,
I thought I would point out that the “Themes and Templates forum” link you added to the http://mysite.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=themecheck (under “Codex Links”) leads to a 404 page (https://wordpress.org/support/forum/5), I guess it should lead to https://wordpress.org/support/forum/themes-and-templates/ instead.
