It looks like the file is missing from your installation of Jetpack. Could you try to deactivate the plugin, delete it, and reinstall it from scratch?
Let me know how it goes
I am getting another issue in JetPack. I Installed and activate in my WordPress, but giving the following message on my dashboard:
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site http://getmydroid.com [HTTP 404]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.com/support/
I am unable to connect. Please help me. I need Jetpack because I need to monitor page views.
@ripulahmed Jetpack uses your site’s XML-RPC file to communicate with WordPress.com. Unfortunately I cannot access that file on your site at the moment:
http://getmydroid.com/xmlrpc.php
If you use a security plugin to block access to the file, you’ll need to configure it to allow incoming and outgoing connections to /xmlrpc.php.
If you do not use such plugin, you’ll want to contact your hosting provider and ask them if they currently block access to your site’s XML-RPC file.
I hope this helps. If you have more questions, could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?
