When I try to add new application password in profile page I get the following error in browser inspect tool:

GET /wp-json/2fa/v1/application-passwords/2/add/ 404 (Not Found)

WordPress 4.7.5, no other plugins active, Twenty seventeen enabled. Any ideas how to fix?
