Forbidden message in admin dashboard

Each time i Try to test or realy send a newslletr an error massage shows up.<h1>Forbidden</h1>
<p>You don’t have permission to access /wordpress/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
on this server.<br />I can not use plugin
