I can see that you’ve changed your initial rating – with all due respect, we are not sure how that is consistent:
– we’ve replied to your support request, offering help; you did not use that opportunity due to switching to another theme.
– there has only been one major update that caused problems in some cases, and the updating issue was a one-off problem caused by the changes in the theme evoked by wordpress.org rules and regulations, which we always aim at adhering to as a first priority because they are meant to benefit the users. The problems have been fixed and we gladly offer help to all theme users who encounter any issues.
– the theme manual, although not perfect, of course, is far more extensive than for most free themes, and is being regularly updated.
Since the rating was modified 21 hours ago, i.e. long after you’ve switched to another theme; and since you haven’t contacted us since you notified about switching, we are not sure we understand the motivation behind the rating change. In case you haven’t used Bento actively and are not using Bento anymore, it might be a more consistent solution to remove the rating completely; in case you had thoughts about switching back, we would be more than glad to help configure the theme and solve any issues, as we do for all other theme users.
