When opening client website http://www.highstylus.com on a mobile device, the default view is Mobile Version. How to change the setting for default view to be Desktop Version?

Also, can you edit the appearance of the Mobile Version from somewhere via the dashboard? Have not found any option in the theme options for Mobile Version.
