			<description><![CDATA[<p>At each user options settings add a drop down to select a custom landing page after login. This so every user can freely choose the one they like and away from standard the admin menu.</p>
<p>Can additional be in tools menu a admin feature to allow/disallow the pages on this dropdown list if there is pages that the admin dont want users to land on.
