Add class / style option for add/edit link input box

   or at least class - this is in place for add media - it should be for add/edit link

   Its not an awful idea, no, I guess the question everyone's going to have is whether or not its plugin territory. With ideas this small, its worth consideration for core if only because I'd never download a plugin for just this.
