We are a small non-profit that uses WP for our site. We are musicians. Our members maintain their profile sheet but if someone changes it they don't always contact the office where we have to maintain records that are submitted to a national office. Is there a way we can receive an email when someone makes a change to their profile info (i.e. email address, phone # or address). Help please!

I don't think there is a plugin for this, but anyway you need some custom code to be done to add an action to profile_update hook that will send the message you need to any email address you want.
