-Allow Taxonomy terms to be generated dynamically by posts in specific post types. This would add signifigant application in terms of linking posts back to specific objects in a custom post type such as a small college with a custom post type of classes. Every time a new post is created the user can choose from all of the current classes which the post is related to, allowing theme developers to go crazy with links going to and from the classes pages.

This is already possible with a custom-made plugin. It's not something that belongs in core.

-Allow taxonomies to be added to users. This would allow professors to have user profiles that link back to specific classes that they teach, or have taught.

In the case of a small college's website...

(there are hacky ways to do both of the following, but core implementation would be incredible)
