    For whatever reason, I had an issue with logging in. I could not use my normal saved information, when I attempted to reset my password, the reset would not come to the assigned email address.

    I got on with support for dream host, my provider and they attempted to help me with the issue, they said it seemed to be an issue with the theme and plugin integration. I don’t understand how this could be the issue, but I need access to my site. The support person for dream host deactivated all the plugins and the theme.

    Please respond As soon as possible.

    Hello @bsmith117,

    First, you can backup what you have now.

    Then you can try to restore the latest working backup. If you don’t have one, then you can ask your hosting provider if there are automatically saved backups.

    If you don’t know how to properly do all that, then you can hire someone for this kind of service.

    Have you checked the spam folder from your email account? Not sure if this is theme-related issue. Try to follow this discussion which might help.
