I am using KALE free before I upgrade to PRO to get a handle on how it works. I had a few questions that I sent them because I couldn’t figure out how to configure a few pages. I assumed it was the theme, however they were general WP questions/issues. They were patient, sending me various links to walk me through general settings. I’m newer to WP and this definitely helped me feel welcome.
