Description

Crawl is the dungeon crawler where you control the monsters! As a malicious spirit, you haunt a hero as he explores the dungeons, possessing cruel traps and horrid beasts in an effort to slay him. Multiplayer perfection

Only complaint is that it is challenging for less skilled players, but they can still have a lot of fun when they don't do well.

Online Multiplayer?

Crawl is an absolute blast to play! It seems like that there was a lot of love put into this game. Everything from the voice work, to the color palette seems very well thought out, and executed. It all seems to combine to bring back a little of my childhood nostalgia, with a healthy upgrade in all the right places...but one. Please, all that I request is - add online multiplayer. Please, and thank you.

ESCAPE!💀👻

Can you please change the sound effects for when you slash at the monsters? The slapping sound does not fit with the cool 8-bit look. Can you make the sword sound like a real 80's game sound? The slapping sounds are ruining the retro feel of this great game. Thanks.

LOVE IT, A MUST HAVE CO OP GAME

Its not too often that i fall in love with a couch co op, but this did in under 30 minutes. Monsters are better in the first few games but items, spells, and weapons that you buy are unlocked permanently. Theres also a bunch of unlockable challenges for solo fun. Games start in a free for all and the loser(s) turn to wraith(s), and the wraith that kills the human turns human. Monsters are upgraded between rounds and have different paths to take. BARGAIN GOLD

Retro, simple and addicting, even without online aspect

Really enjoyable with that classic feeling of retro, mixed with a wonderful and simple combat system. That said, it could really gain alot if online multiplayer was added. Even so, it is worth trying if you have friends who want a challenge and a good old-fashioned gaming free-for-all.

NO MULTIPLAYER

Honestly great game, though it lacks the MOST VITAL component for any true CO-OP game ONLINE multiplayer. At this point I simply regret buying this game. Fun with bots although just gets boring fast. However the game shows a lot of fun discoverables, so with each new game there are new traps, monsters, and items to battle your way too.

As soon as i watched the trailer i knew this game would be great. When i played it I felt like it lived up to the hype the trailer gave me , There are alot of weapons and monsters but i feel like they need to add more monsters and bosses. Other than that its a pretty good game

Crawl is a great concept that is absolutely soaked to the bone in style. Have some friends over and get ready to relive the glory days of playing video games together on the same coach. This is everything I look for in playing games with friends, an absolute no brainer for anybody looking for retro fun.
