awesome game loved and still love it but the need to mess up mosters with friends is a must co-op.

Narrow maps and gun variety go a long way. for a $12 preorder its not bad. Dead Effect, though, doesnt seem like the title this game needs, as its lacking in the horror aspect and makes it sound like your riding off the sucesses of the Dead Space series. I also noted that the English is missing a few words and isn't all that fluent, but then again Im an American so why do I care? Still 4/5.

the game ok if you can get past some small issues like bad voice acting , and it needs better English translation in load screens and subtitles, also needs co op and a way to resize hud to screen to see your health better. but the guns are pretty awesome, i like the fact that the zomies scale to your level , like i said could use some improvement but still a ok game and tons of fun .

Reminds me of doom 3 in almost every way but isn't as hard but for the price it just cant be passed up.

you mix borderlands gun variety and destiny class upgrade system with doom's some what narrow linear maps that encurages exploration. The only problem is the feel of mobil/steam port. 12 bucks u cant do better. I LOVE CONSTANTLY GETTING NEW GEAR. You will love it if your 2 fav games r borderlands and doom. IF you r super picky and get annoyed easily with minor flaws u may hate dead effect 2. A ton of content. A ton of different modes that have shared progression, so the same character/gear can be used across all different mission structure (story,survival,biohazzard,lone wolf, etc. )

The game itself feels great. Classic FPS feel with great bloody headshots. It has an annoying grainy look that could be smoothed. You have to relax the eyes to get past it. The worst part though is it needs 2 player. You can tell while playing that it's supposed to be 2 player or more. It would be way more enjoyable with a friend with all this content.

This is one of many mobile/indies reconfigured for a controller & ported; made more 'console friendly.' First, it's FAR better than DE1. If you're new, the concept is a VERY loose mash-up of Mass Effect & Dead Space that--on console--plays sorta like [new] Doom, but with many & more confusing upgrade tiers. It has something for everyone; it's mostly cheeky, but there's still a novel worth of lore, textlogs, journals, etc. to read. The upgrades can be tedious in light of the CLEARLY mobile, bite-sized missions. It suffers some glitches (note this *is* a day 1 review), tiny animation stutters, cringey voicework/BAD English, & I hope you enjoy a very grainy filter on your FPS, 'cuz there are no sliders. I may sound negative, but weigh the aforementioned against this: it's $12, a great timesuck for sad Dead Space fanatics (me 😢), it's objectively just loud, gory fun, great cheev huntin' game, & satisfies bladed melee & shooter fans. MANY modes to grind for loot too! SOLO ONLY, though 😠.

CAMPY B FLICKISH HORROR LOOK ! COOL ATMOSPHERE👍 THEY R NOT KIDDING ABOUT THE TONS OF UPGRADES AND WEAPONS THAT MAKES DOOM AND OTHER 60$ GAMES LOOK WEAK AS EVER INTHAT DEPARTMENT! ILOVE DOOM BUT JUST SAYING I WAS BLOWN AWAY AT ONLY LEVEL 3 AT ALL THE CONTENT FOR 12 BUCKS! GAMEPLAY AND THE LOOKIS MUCH LIKE DOOM! LOVE IT BUT ITS ALSO AN RPG THAT MAKES IT UNIQUE! TONS OF MISSIONS AND SIDE MISSIONS WITH AN AWESOME VARIETY OF ZOMBIES! NOT CUT & PASTE ENEMIES YOULL FIND ALL KINDS OF ZEDS THAT WILL NEED DIFFERENT APPROACHES MUCH IN THE WAY OF ZOMBIE ARMY BUT WITH AMAZING ENDLESS WEAPONS THERE IS LOOT YOU FIND IN BATTLE RANGING FROM COMMON TO LEGENDARY AND YOU CAN BUY AND SELL! THIS GAME COULD EASILY BE A 40$ PRICE TAG! ALSO UPGRADES IMPROVE GAMEPLAY! KEEP UPDATING THIS DEVS! LOVE IT!

I LOVE THIS GAME IT IS AWESOME. I LOVE THAT YOU GET TO FIGHT ZOMBIES ON A SPACESHIP. One of the best first person shooter games ever made. This Game reminds me of the Movie Doom with THE ROCK. A MUST BUY GAME👍

Having played the mobile variation of this game, I can say this game will strike many as a downgrade. The graphics are uniquely irritating and i still enjoy the game. And the controls may be clunky at times nevertheless for a mobile dev i cant expect better. In this reguard all i can say is keep UPDATES coming one improvement at a time. BUGS: Game crash minimal, The User Interface is out of visable boundrys and needs a patch. REQUESTS: co-op/multiplayer would undoubtedly go a long way. All in all Thanks for the port game and good work so far.👍
