Role of the group

The Group's remit is to:

• help Ministers consider the findings of the five year policy review
• ensure that members of organisations represented on the Group are kept up to date about their responsibilities
• ensure that the members of the organisations represented on the Group know how the implementation of the 5 year review of the Home Report is progressing
• co-ordinate training and awareness sessions on the Home Report for their members

• the Law Society of Scotland
• the Council of Mortgage Lenders
• the National Association of Estate Agents
• Citizens Advice Scotland
• the Scottish Government
