We really value the data our volunteer observers collect and share with us
The data is used by SEPA, the Met Office and other organisations to support important services such as weather and flood forecasting, and the management of our water resources. In turn, we hope you enjoy taking part in this project, and the experience of sharing and discussing your data with us and fellow volunteers.
The data entry portal is open to any person or organisation who observes rainfall. Simply sign up and start entering your data. Data can be viewed and downloaded on the ‘View data’ tab.
Further information is available on the ‘About’ page. Please feel free to use our blog facility to provide feedback and engage with other rainfall observers.
