The Scottish Welfare Fund can give you help with things like food or heating costs if you have a crisis or need help to carry on living outside of care.

You can apply for a:

• Crisis Grant – if you've been in an emergency that risks health or safety
• Community Care Grant – to help you or someone you care for to start to live, or to carry on living, outside of care

You must be 16 or older and on a low income to apply for a Crisis or Community Care Grant.
