Why learn outdoors?

An overview of how the Curriculum for Excellence can be met through outdoor learning is available from Education Scotland.

Education Scotland have put together an excellent resource on Outdoor Learning, including practical guidance, ideas and support for teachers and practitioners.

For guidance on easy steps to learning in local greenspace, see Beyond Your Boundary by Scottish Natural Heritage.
