The Park is the perfect stage for events whether its exploring the Parks wild side with the Countryside Rangers, enjoying a night out at a ceilidh or shopping at the Cairngorms Farmers Market.

Cost: £2.00 per activity pack

Glen Bear has woken up from his winter hibernation & wants you to come on an Easter Bear hunt with him. Bring along your favourite cuddly bear too!

Forest Enterprise Scotland Ranger Service & Glenmore Visitor Centre, Glenmore

Cost: FREE

Bash together your own bird box for biodiversity with the rangers at Burn o Vat!  Take it home and see if you can encourage birds to nest in your own garden.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Atholl Estates Ranger Service

Cost: With HLH card - Adult £4.50; Child £3.75; Family £3.75 each. Without HLH card - Adult £6.00; Child £5.00; Family £5.00 each.

An opportunity to watch the fabulous Black Grouse males strut and waggle to attract the females in a glorious Highland setting. Tea/coffee and a bacon butty will be provided. Wear warm waterproof clothes and footwear. Bring your telescope and binoculars. No unaccompanied children.

Watch badgers from a comfortable hide right on the banks of the river Spey.

Jump in a pickup and join a ranger at one of our Black Grouse leks. An early morning start but worth it to see these magnificent birds displaying. Please bring binoculars if you have them.

An opportunity to ‘put something back’. Work with the ranger service and John Muir Trust members.

Glen Tanar Ranger Service

Sunday 22nd April 11am – 2pm

Cost: £7.20 Adult; £4.05 Conc.

Join the ranger on a walk to Bachnagairn to observe the flora and fauna of the glen including golden eagle, red deer and a variety of wild flowers.

Where appropriate you should have with you stout shoes, waterproofs, warm clothing and a packed lunch and snacks. A telescope will be available for use where appropriate but please bring binoculars if you have them.

ANGUSalive Ranger Service

Wednesday 25th April 10am – 3pm

Cost: FREE

Join us removing some of the non-native trees from the pine forest reserve.  All welcome, no experience required all tools & equipment provided. Bring a packed lunch and refreshments and wear comfortable outdoor clothes and boots.
