Kilmarnock based Brodie Engineering Ltd provides innovative design, installation and general repair solutions to both main and light railway sectors. 

The company's recent rapid growth set the management team - particularly MD Gerry Hilferty (pictured) - a number of challenges, which they have met thanks to a strategic review of their leadership approach. We've worked with the company through their expansion, arranging site sourcing introductions and a Regional Selective Assistance grant. 

We helped them carry out a strategic review of leadership and management with a focus on company growth and development. The review involved a series of group and individual evaluations, as well as profiling the company and roles within it.

We provided substantial development support during this period, including intensive coaching support for Gerry and his key managers, support to improve the effectiveness of the management team and bespoke management development support.
