Mobile WiFi - What sim card and where to buy in Inverness

I'll be travelling through Scotland for a couple of weeks in August this year, and I'd like to use my mobile wifi unit (Huawei E5577s-321) on the road for GPS through my iphone. Can anyone recommend: 1. The best data sim provider to choose, and 2. where to buy in Inverness?
