I don't think it is possible to buy tickets in advance. Only if the group is more than ten people or an educational group then you should contact them in advance. You can find out all the details at https://www.rosslynchapel.com/visit/
It's a truly wonderful place to visit. Do take some time to explore Roslin Glen right next to the chapel.
