There are plenty of places in the city centre which have large screens and a good atmosphere. This is Edinburgh have a few suggestions here.
You'll also get some good craic at the Irish pubs around the city such as McSorleys and Finnegan's Wake. And that's not forgetting the Sports Bar at Edinburgh University's Teviot building.
As you can imagine, some of these places get really busy for the big events so sometimes it's a bit of trial and error to find something that isn't too busy... or be organised and get there early to bag yourself a good seat!
