Lagavulin Tour booking

Hello, I am hoping to plan a trip to visit the Lagavulin distillery. I have tried to contact both via phone and email to reserve a spot on a tour, however I am not have not been able to get in contact with anyone.

Has this been a challenge for anyone or might I be using incorrect information? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Thanks Sarah for your response! I have tried both methods of contact. There is no answer to the phone number listed on their website (called multiple times), and both myself and my sister have tried to email but have not gotten a response. We found this very odd. We are calling from the US so were not sure if this was potentially the problem.
