Looking for accomodation for work event for 16 near Inverness

Hi, I am planning a work seminar for 16 staff in Inverness and are looking for somewhere with 8 bedrooms of twin beds but a bit different to a hotel. Farmhouse, cottages, lodges etc. Would be so grateful for any recommendations you could make. It will be at the beginning of September for 2 days.
