Fees

The fee for registering depends on:

• the number of offices where letting agency work is carried out
• whether you applied to join or re-register, within the stated deadlines

The application fee will be for a three-year registration, then you must re-apply.

You can pay online or by invoice.

Higher application fees apply when:

• your business fails to apply by the required deadline of 1 October 2018
• you're starting a new business which starts trading after 1 October 2018 but before you're admitted to the register

These higher fees reflect the costs of the additional checks that will be undertaken.
