July weather?

Hi Will be spending time in Edinburgh and Isle of Skye camping. No idea what to wear or what temps to expect. And what about those midges...?

Hey @NJLizzie52, Scotland is famed for having 4 seasons in one day but July is usually quite hot!

I would definitely pack summery clothes but please don't forget a waterproof jacket because although it can be very warm, the rain can come on at any time and it's better to be prepared!

    Hope this helps!
