Car Rental in Inverness

We are travelling from Edinburgh to Isle of Skye to Uig. We initally considered train/bus but it looks like a car would be more efficient. Do you have any suggestions for best car rental and where to get it in Inverness?? We appreciate your help in advance!! Thank-you!
