Hiring a car

Hi there we are flying into Inverness Airport in June and have accommodation on the Isle of Skye and Fort William. Does anyone know if we can  hire a car and leave it at Fort William a week later so we can then catch the train to Glasgow?

    Hey @Bern unfortunately none of the hire car agencies that are at Inverness Airport are in Fort William.  What I would recommend is hiring a car from Inverness and returning it in Glasgow.  There is Avis, Europcar and Enterprise at Inverness Airport, and I'm sure you'll be able to pick up from there and drop off in Glasgow.

    Thanks for the information. The only problem we have if we do it that way is that we will miss the train journey from Fort William to Glasgow. We will have to think again!
