    On Thursday morning the Finance and Constitution Committee continues to take evidence on the EU Withdrawal Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Commitee will hear from the Secretary of State for Scotland, David Mundell MP, and the UK Minister for the Constitution, Chloe Smith MP.
