Pleating a great kilt!

Hello everyone! My husband and I are coming to Scotland later this month for 2 weeks. I was wondering if anyone knows of a place where we can watch a demonstration on how to pleat, and put on a proper great kilt. I've seen it on Youtube before, it looked as though it took place on a tour in a castle somewhere. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Should you be travelling further North, there is also the The Scottish Kiltmaker Visitor Centre right in the centre of Inverness.
