The SHCS Local Authority tables either supplement our Key Findings report or are based on specific requests received from Local Authorities for their own use. Below is the full set of Local Authority tables relating to the latest period 2014-2016.

With the release of the latest data, we have also applied routine updates and minor revisions to historical datasets. Detailed information on changes from previously published tables is provided within each set of Local Authority tables under the Contents page, so we refer users to the background notes in the individual releases for more details. The updated tables are available to download below.

Historical Local Authority tables prior to the 2010-2012 period continue to be available but these have not been updated, therefore there may be differences in the underlying methodology and data breakdowns compared to more recent tables.

Local Authority Report

These reports combine three years worth of data together to provide a series of tables which present estimates for key indicators important at local authority level.


Local Authority Analyses

We are providing these tables based on Local Authority requests received via our adhoc service. The rationale for this provision is based on the premise that what one authority requests will probably be required by others.

We will continue to expand these over time.
