    MSPs back changes to consent rules

    The Health and Sport Committee has expressed its support for the Human Tissue (Authorisation) Bill.

    The bill would see Scotland move to an organ donation system with presumed consent to donate unless a person opts out.

  • Film-maker

    Film competition to mark #scotparl20

    Student film-makers are being encouraged to enter a nationwide competition to produce a short film on the impact the Scottish Parliament has had in their area.

    The competition forms part of the Parliament’s 20th anniversary plans and is aimed at students and modern apprentices in colleges and universities across the country whose courses focus on the creative industries.
