The Trunk Road Network Height Map page provides above sea level altitude information for the whole of the Scottish trunk road network. Using the layer options on the left it is possible to view all parts of the network that are above a certain height. Clicking on a visible road segment will provide details of the road and of the altitudes between which it falls. All trunk road height information is provided in metres.
It is intended that this page provides supporting information when planning journeys during periods of snowfall.
