Christmas Day 2017 lunch or dinner

Greetings from Nairne, South Australia. We are spending Christmas in Edinburgh and are looking for
somewhere to have lunch or dinner on Christmas Day. We've been
contacting many places, but apart from the big hotels, we are
finding it difficult to find good local places open on Christmas
Day. Plenty have festive/Christmas menus, but these are for the
season and not for Christmas Day itself. Can anyone recommend some
places that you know will be trading on Christmas Day? We are
staying at Holyrood and there are four adults, so
in that part of the city (within walking distance) would be good, although we are happy to
get a taxi if necessary. We are looking for a place that will
serve an authentic Scottish Christmas lunch or dinner, as opposed
to the large hotels that tend to serve similar fare to what we
would have at home. Our budget is up to £80 a head.
