The simplest way is to fly from Stornoway Airport to Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow, then connect to a flight to London from either of those airports. Try https://www.skyscanner.net to check for available flights.
Alternatively, you would take the CalMac ferry to Ullapool and then the CityLink bus from Ullapool to Inverness. From Inverness you can take a ScotRail train or a CityLink bus to Glasgow or Edinburgh (or a flight). From Glasgow or Edinburgh, you can easily travel to London by train or by bus. It is possible you might not be able to make it all in one day. It is too early to book tickets yet by bus and train but here are the websites to keep an eye on:
