Where are the best places and are their any groups who do Nordic Pole Walking?

Here are some places that offer Nordic or cross-country ski-ing. I would imagine that these are also great locations for this activity.

Perhaps someone who has experience of doing this can recommend a few locations also.
https://www.historicenvironment.scot/visit-a-place/places/huntly-castle/ Huntly Castle, excepting Dunnottar, is my personal favourite of ruined Castle - with fireplaces and carvings and many floors in tack you can really imagine living there.
Dean's Shortbread Centre is ideal for a spot of lunch.
For more unusal and interesting information on Huntly check out https://www.deveron-projects.com/home/
The iCentre in the town is located in the Square and is open from Easter to October - I found the staff really friendly and helpful.
Based in the Scottish Borders, Aberdeenshire has a special place in my heart.
Hope this helps you out. Let me know if you require any other help. Otherwise check out Walkhighlands for more walks in Scotland. Below is a photo of the pass of killiecrankie.
