Ferry/car to Isle of Mull???

My husband and I will be staying at Glengorm castle April 2019. We are flying in to Glasgow where we have reserved a rental car. We have just discovered that we have to take a ferry to the isle of mull. Can anyone help us with figuring out how to get our rental car from where we board the ferry over to the isle of mull? We are utterly clueless and Expedia is of no help at all.
